As your business continues to grow you may want to consider alternative funding options for the health and dental benefits coverage.
Administrative Services Only – this contract is “self insured” and means that you are paying the insurance company a fee to provide administrative services, such as claims adjudication and reimbursement, in addition to the cost of claims incurred by your employees.
Refund Financial Accounting – this contract provides that any surplus premium belongs to the client. There is direct participation in the financial experience of the plan and elimination of any risk of over funding the cost of claims and expenses.
